Seniors, we were in a world none of us could have anticipated when you participated in your senior interview last summer. Over the last year, you have dedicated your time and energy to a solid application process, scholarship opportunities, and a thoughtful college selection. Like a true Memphian, you have shown your grit and grind during a tough time, and you have prevailed. College is here!! While we know there will be challenges, remember we are still with you and remain dedicated to helping each of you successfully transition to this new world.

The Posse Scholarship is a highly selective scholarship for exceptional high school seniors. The full-tuition scholarship is awarded to top student leaders each year, with the intent of promoting their academic excellence through college graduation and providing them the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Bank of America's Student Leaders® aims to connect more than 300 community-minded high school juniors and seniors from nearly 100 communities to gain employment, skills and development service.
The students hail from many diverse backgrounds, but are united by their drive and commitment. Through paid internships with various nonprofits and lessons in Better Money Habits®, they get practical work and life experience.
