Who Can Apply?

Students are eligible to apply to REACH Memphis if they are: 

  • Enrolled in the 10th grade in a public high school in Shelby County, Tennessee, or the surrounding Memphis Metro Area.  

  • taking the highest-level courses offered in your school (Honors/AP/IB) with no semester grades lower than a C. 

  • maintaining a weighted GPA of 3.5 or higher with good conduct. 

  • participating in school and/or community volunteer activities. 

  • willing to commit to regular participation in REACH Memphis in preparation for the summer experience and for college admittance. 

  • responsible and willing to experience independence in different environments.

Join us for a virtual interest meeting in the fall to learn more about the REACH Memphis experience directly from students, parents, mentors, and staff. Exact dates and times will be shared on our Home page and social media.

 

After the final interest meeting, our application link will go live the same evening. Be sure to attend to get all the details you need before applying!
