Who Can Apply?
Students are eligible to apply to REACH Memphis if they are:
-
Enrolled in the 10th grade in a public high school in Shelby County, Tennessee, or the surrounding Memphis Metro Area.
-
taking the highest-level courses offered in your school (Honors/AP/IB) with no semester grades lower than a C.
-
maintaining a weighted GPA of 3.5 or higher with good conduct.
-
participating in school and/or community volunteer activities.
-
willing to commit to regular participation in REACH Memphis in preparation for the summer experience and for college admittance.
-
responsible and willing to experience independence in different environments.
I’m Interested — What’s Next?
Join us for a virtual interest meeting in the fall to learn more about the REACH Memphis experience directly from students, parents, mentors, and staff. Interest Meetings will be September 1st at 6 pm virtually and September 10th (Spanish) at 6 pm virtually. You can register here to attend an interest meeting.
On September 1st, our application link will go live after 7 pm. Be sure to attend one of our interest meetins to get all the details you need before applying!
